I have been working with fandom and convention events since 2009 and my passion for creating content that helps convention runners, industry professionals and other creatives hoping to make a splash in fandom has only grown. It often surprises me how little time content creators take to think about how their fans interact with them, and what they can do to encourage and support that relationship.
